What do I need to get started?
You will need a Hub, some sensors, internet with a cable connection, and the smartphone app (depends on your hardware product)
A Hub connects your sensors with the internet and your app. The sensors detects burglars, smoke, water, etc. The app keeps you in control and notifies you when necessary.
Where can I buy accessories?
Your supplier of the Hub knows where to get more products. Otherwise, ask support on email, and they will check your region and Hub version to make sure you get compatible products.
Where can I download the App?
It depends on the Hub and hardware you have. Check the name of your Hub on its backside label and locate the app by the same name on app store and Google play store. You are also welcome to take a picture of your Hub and ask our support on email.
Is is hard to install yourself (DIY)?
The products are made for "do-it-yourself" installations, so we do our best to make it easy. The app will guide you through the installation, and you are welcome to ask our support on email. Sometimes you have special needs or non-standard windows, pipes, etc, and then it is a good idea to ask our support.
Can I have more homes and systems at same time?
Yes, you can add more Hubs and put them in your summer-house, home, etc. You will get notifications and alarms from all of them.
